These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TrendCue, including account use, subscriptions, and acceptable conduct.
Use of the Service
By accessing or using TrendCue, you agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party platform requirements. You shall not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for preserving the confidentiality of your credentials. You are also responsible for all activities occurring under your account, except to the extent caused by TrendCue's own breach of security obligations.
Billing
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing intervals, renewals, cancellations, and any refund treatment shall be governed by the applicable checkout flow, pricing terms presented at the time of purchase, and any third-party billing terms applicable to payment processing.
Acceptable Use
You shall not use TrendCue to violate law, infringe intellectual property rights, evade third-party platform restrictions, transmit malicious code, engage in abusive or deceptive conduct, or create, distribute, or promote unlawful, fraudulent, or materially misleading content.
Service Availability
TrendCue may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any feature, integration, or portion of the service at any time, with or without notice. The service is not warranted to be uninterrupted, error-free, fully accurate, or continuously available.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. TrendCue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
Termination
TrendCue may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the service at its discretion where it reasonably determines that these terms have been violated, the service has been misused, payment obligations remain unmet, or continued access presents legal, operational, or security risk.
